Yes. Sync is controlled per channel, so you can pause pushes to one marketplace (during a bulk re-organization, say) while every other channel keeps running. On resume, the channel re-aligns from the hub’s current truth, and the scheduled backstop double-checks it.
Pausing is also the calm way to investigate anything odd, the troubleshooting path.
