Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unifystock, the multi-channel inventory management platform provided by Maraley International Sdn Bhd (“Unifystock”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Malaysia (SSM Reg. No. 1259693-P). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Unifystock lets you synchronize inventory, manage listings, track orders, and view analytics across the marketplaces and stores you connect. Features available to you depend on your plan and on the channels you connect.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
3. Connected channels
When you connect a marketplace or store (such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or WooCommerce), you authorize Unifystock to access and act on that account on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of each channel through Unifystock complies with that channel’s own terms and policies. You may disconnect a channel or revoke access at any time, from Unifystock or from the channel itself.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully or in breach of any third party’s rights or any marketplace’s policies; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfere with or disrupt the service or its security; reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law; or use the service to send spam or to process data you have no right to process.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your connected channels bring into Unifystock. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and transmit that data to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Unifystock, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and your connected-channel data), is owned by Maraley International Sdn Bhd and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Unifystock helps you manage inventory and orders but does not guarantee any specific business outcome, and you remain responsible for your listings, pricing, stock, and compliance on each channel.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifystock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the version and effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
