If you’re searching for a Sellbrite alternative, you’ve probably hit one of three things: an order cap mid-month, the $19/mo surprise for FBA inventory sync, or a stockout because the “real-time” sync still takes 15 minutes. None are deal-breakers on their own. Together they’re why multi-channel sellers are switching.
Unifystock is built for that. Real-time sync, unlimited orders on every plan, FBA included, and a workflow designed to scale to 1,000+ marketplaces over time, starting with native integrations to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and OpenCart at launch.

The hidden costs of Sellbrite’s pricing model
Sellbrite’s pricing page looks clean. The costs only show up once you’re inside.
Order caps. Pro 100 stops at 100 orders/month. Hit 101 mid-cycle and you’re auto-promoted to Pro 500 at $79/mo, prorated for the rest of the cycle. The tier model punishes the seller who has a good week.
The $19/mo FBA tax. Sellbrite excludes Amazon FBA orders from the plan limit, until you read the fine print. The FBA Inventory + Multi-Channel Fulfillment integration is a separate $19/mo add-on on every paid tier. If you sell FBA, your real cost is $48 / $98 / $198, not $29 / $79 / $179.
15-minute sync. Sellbrite refreshes inventory every 15 minutes on paid plans. That’s the gap an oversell lives in. If the same SKU sells on Amazon and Shopify within a minute of each other, the second order goes through, to a product you no longer have. According to IHL Group’s inventory distortion research, global retail losses from inventory distortion hit $1.7 trillion in 2024, with out-of-stocks driving $1.2 trillion of that. At the seller level, a single oversell typically runs $1,500 to $3,000 in refund processing, replacement shipping, and customer-service overhead, plus the lifetime-value hit from a buyer who probably won’t come back.
Unifystock has none of those caps or surcharges. Unlimited orders on every plan, FBA included, sync in under 3 seconds via webhooks (not polling).
Built for sellers at every scale
Sellbrite was designed when “multi-channel” meant five stores. The pricing model reflects that: order-count gated, with “high volume” pricing as a separate sales call for anyone past 2,000 orders/month.
Unifystock is built for the scale you actually have:
- Solo stores: $49/mo, unlimited orders, real-time sync from day one.
- Growing sellers: more marketplaces, with automation rules and multi-warehouse routing on the plans above. No tier promotion required.
- Enterprise teams: dedicated capacity, SLAs, custom integrations, without a separate sales call to lift an order cap.
