Yes. The integration reads standard WooCommerce order events, so orders created by other plugins (subscriptions, phone-order tools, B2B checkouts) report like any order as long as they are real WooCommerce orders that adjust stock. The plugin ecosystem is WooCommerce’s strength; syncing at the standard-events level is what keeps us compatible with it.
